Booking Policies: To confirm the service, a 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Advance payments are non-refundable unless the client finds a replacement. If your reservation is made less than 30 days prior to the service, the tour must be paid in full, unless other options have been agreed upon with the company. It is important to clarify that any fees or commissions for bank transfers or credit cards, regardless of the payment method, will be the client's responsibility.
Cancellation Policies: Payment is required for company taxes and contributes to the total cost of equipment, operating expenses, personnel, administration, access, and licensing. Deposits are nonrefundable. If the reservation is canceled, the following cancellation fees will apply: Guests may reschedule travel dates to the next season free of charge, with a 70% credit of all payments made at the time of cancellation. In the event of international travel restrictions due to health, political, humanitarian, or military reasons.
The company will not refund payments in the event of bad weather, cancellation of incoming flights, or missed connections. For any other reason, payments are non-refundable unless the guest can find a replacement. We strongly recommend that guests purchase insurance that covers risks such as work-related accidents, personal injury, or health problems, among others.
